February 2013 Update - Countdown to Summer!!

Well hello there and happy 2013!

It might not seem like it, but summer is fast approaching and with it the 2013 Tillmann Family Reunion!! 

As you may have been able to guess by the banner... the theme for this year is UNDER THE SEA.  This theme should be a lot of fun - more details to follow as we get closer to the weekend.

At this point in the planning consider the following -

• Confirmation of Attendance - Your committee members have been working hard over the last couple of months to gather a list of all attendees.  If you are no longer able to attend, please let your family representative know as soon as possible as this might have an impact on numbers and costs.  Your family committee representative information can be found here.  We will also be reaching out to you in the next month with an additional request for information so that we can make sure the weekend is really tailored to the participants (for example - t-shirt size, allergies, whether babysitting is required)

• Accomodations - If you have not already confirmed your accomodations for the weekend please have a look at what is available (see Accomodations) and BOOK!!  We are a really large group this year so the sooner everyone knows where they are staying the better!

• Volunteers Welcome and Needed!! - Volunteers are going to be key to making this weekend a success.  If you are able to and interested, please email Robin Brent.  At this time we need volunteers for the following;
• Online Photo Album - it would really be great if we could get an online photo album posted to this site of reunions past.  Please let us know if you are interested!
• Event Setup/Cleanup

This is going to be a GREAT weekend.  We have lots of fun events planned so please stay in touch and check back on the site often as more information is available.
